Larry Lanham

CEO

Larry Lanham is the CEO of Polymer Packaging Inc., and The William-Allen Company, LLC. Larry founded Polymer Packaging in 1986 as a marketing and distribution organization. The company has since grown into a state-of-the-art manufacturing organization providing engineered flexible packaging solutions with three divisions in Ohio and Michigan and three affiliate-owned plants in Cincinnati and Charlotte.

Larry Lanham was named by Ernst & Young as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2021!

Dan Wish

President

Dan is the President of Polymer Packaging Inc., and The William-Allen Company, LLC. Dan joined William-Allen in January 2023 via the recent acquisition by Polymer Packaging. Dan has over 30 years of experience in distribution and manufacturing, having worked for International Paper, xpedx, Veritiv and most recently serving as a Regional President for SupplyOne. In his spare time Dan enjoys spending time with his wife Beth, his children and 3 grandsons, as well as sneaking in a round of golf every now and then.

Gregg Umberger

CFO

Gregg Umberger is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Polymer Packaging Inc., Polymer Protective Packaging LLC, and William-Allen LLC companies. He has served with the company since 2016. Gregg has two degrees, one in Business Management and the other in Finance from Walsh University. Gregg has been doing accounting and finance work for over twenty-four years. He prides himself with recently completing two business acquisitions and two business sales for Polymer Packaging Inc. all within six months of each other. His work ethic and financial skill set are his best business attributes. Gregg and his wife Kelly have one child. Their interests are hiking in the outdoors all year long.

Greg Nutial

Sales Representative

Greg Nutial has been active in sales for The William-Allen Company and has provided over 38 years of experience. He joined William-Allen in 1990 and previously worked for 6 years in the pulp and paper industry. Greg received his bachelor’s degree from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. Greg loves baseball and spent a lot of time coaching his sons’ baseball teams from 2002 to 2016. Greg and his wife, Patty, live in Alliance, Ohio.

Andrew Nutial, MBA

Sales Representative

Andrew Nutial joined The William-Allen Company as a Sales Representative in 2019. Andrew graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Mount Union and earned his MBA at the University of Cincinnati. He previously worked as a nonprofit youth director and an insurance agent, where he accrued multiple sales awards. Andrew enjoys being able to make personal connections with his customers and strives to provide them with exceptional care. Andrew and his wife, Kaylee, live in Northeast Ohio with their Goldendoodle, Winston. In his spare time, Andrew loves cheering on his Cleveland sports teams, hiking, boating, cooking, and traveling. 

Tina Rosenberry

Operations Manager

Tina Rosenberry is the Operations Manager for Polymer Packing Inc., and The William-Allen Company LLC, and has served with William-Allen since 2007. She graduated in 2003 with a degree in Business Management and concentration in HR. Before Operations Manager, Tina worked as an office manager and customer service representative where she acquired most of her knowledge in the flexible packaging industry. She and her husband, Jay, have 3 children, and take in underprivileged youth through the foster care system. In her spare time, Tina enjoys cheering on her children’s sports teams, baking, shopping, and being outdoors. 

Drew Anderson

Purchasing/Sourcing Manager

Drew Anderson is the Sourcing and Purchasing Manager for Polymer Packaging Inc., and William-Allen LLC Companies. Drew joined the team in 2023 and brings with him over 10 years' experience in procuring and purchasing packaging products in a distribution environment. Drew and his wife Kelsey have two children. In his free time, Drew enjoys cheering for Cleveland sports teams as well as fishing and camping.

Josh Langerak

Sales/Marketing Coordinator

Josh Langerak is the marketing and sales coordinator for Polymer Packaging Inc, and William-Allen Company LLC. Josh graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business, from Calvin University in 2022. He has been working within the Polymer Family of Companies since January of 2023, and has moved the Polymer Packaging and William-Allen divisions as of February 2024. In his off-time Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Kia, as well as watching and playing soccer, golf and football.
